Once a tour is confirmed and the minimum number of learners have been reached, we immediately begin with supplier payments in order to secure bookings. For this reason your deposit becomes non-refundable as we are unable to recoup group deposits paid to airlines and ground suppliers.

Passports and visas *

It is ENTIRELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that all passports and visas are current, valid, obtained on time, have sufficient blank pages, will be valid for six months after return to your home country and that any vaccinations, inoculations, prophylactic (e.g. for malaria) and the like, where required, have been obtained. You are STRONGLY ADVISED to check the relevant requirements for your destination and any transit countries before travelling. Trendsetters Travel will endeavour to assist if requested, but such assistance will be at Trendsetters Travel's discretion (since this service does not fall within the scope of our services) and you acknowledge that in doing so, Trendsetters Travel IS NOT ASSUMING ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY AND YOU INDEMNIFY TRENDSETTERS TRAVEL against any consequences of your failure to comply with any such requirements. It is YOUR DUTY to familiarize yourself with the inherent dangers of and mental and/or physical condition required for the proposed travel arrangements.
